You rarely see the staff alone because they're always quick to drop what they're doing to help a customer, but remember when they're at their busiest to be patient if they are helping someone else because that's what they do best- help. I rarely know what I need or what I can use in place of something else for my project, but they always seem to know, and they explain things so I can get the right things and be on my way without having to return until my next project.
They also have a great variety of household items and gifts. Totally beats driving to EPA and Home Depot."

I drive 15 miles to shop here instead of my local hardware store. I stopped there yesterday looking for products to help me get some paint transfer off my car. Thomas not only showed me the best products but to make sure they met my needs he came outside with me to look at the car and showed me how to apply the products. He took the time to take off a lot of the paint to show me how to do it. If you need help it's the best customer service around."

But I particularly want to commend Thomas and Chuck for helping me with a very thorny problem that involved fixing my flagstone patio. When I found it was difficult to describe the patio problems, Thomas suggested that I text him some pictures and he was able to give me some great advice after he saw them.
